work includes:
Formulating individualized food plans based on in-depth
assessment of past and current eating habits, laboratory
blood workups, and symptom pictures.
Educating in the use of vitamins, minerals, enzymes,
homeopathics, herbs, and Bach flowers.
Strengthening
the body's defenses by enhancing the immune system and
identifying necessary life-style changes.
Conducting
individual, group, family, and couples therapy relating
to parenting, communication skills, addictive behaviors,
grief work, child abuse, co-dependency, and inner child
work.
Reducing stress by use of visualization, meditation,
crystals, and gentle breathing techniques.
Using
positive affirmations to counter negative programming.
